Mr Andrew Kasempa

Andrew Chimbini Kasempa is the Head of Internal Audit at Zambart, bringing 13 years of progressive experience in financial management, compliance, and internal audit. In his role, he leads the Internal Audit Department in ensuring that governance structures, risk management frameworks, and internal control processes are robust, effective, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Andrew is committed to promoting accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency through independent assurance and advisory services. His expertise spans developing audit strategies, strengthening compliance systems, and fostering a culture of integrity within the organisation.

By working closely with senior leadership and the Board, he ensures that Zambart’s resources are safeguarded, and its mission is delivered with the highest standards of governance.
