Zambart Board of Directors yesterday convened at the Southern Sun Hotel in Lusaka to review the draft 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, marking an important step in shaping the organisation’s future direction.

The meeting brought together board members and senior management to assess the draft strategy, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with Zambart’s vision of advancing high-quality public health research and strengthening health outcomes in Zambia and beyond.

This review builds on the momentum of last year’s strategic planning retreat and reflects Zambart’s continued commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and its contribution to public health research, policy, and practice.

Through collaborative leadership and a shared vision, the strategic planning process aims to position Zambart to respond effectively to emerging public health challenges, strengthen partnerships, and drive impactful research that improves health for all.
