‘With over 23 active studies and more in the pipeline, Zambart’s reputation for quality research is globally recognized. A well-crafted strategic plan will drive progress, accountability, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring Zambart’s continued leadership in public health research’’.

Delivering a keynote address at the retreat, Dr. Kwame Shanaube, Zambart’s Executive Director, emphasized the importance of this milestone, highlighting that this is the organization’s first strategic plan focused on the entire organization.

“This is an exciting moment for Zambart as we depart in a planned way from our previous Research Directorate Strategic Plan,” Dr. Shanaube said. “We have learned a great deal from the previous plan, and we are now poised to take our organization to the next level.”
